Using problem solving techniques that have been proven over and over again is key to the delivery of significant performance improvements.

Experience for Performance

Although some things never change, every situation is different. That is how experience adds to the delivery of major performance improvements.

Highrise has its roots in electromechanical engineering and automotive industry. It grew consulting skills in IBM Consulting Group and Celerant Consulting. It acquired management competencies by developing a €6M revenue consulting company and as the Vice President Operational Excellence in a €300M revenue Swedish multinational company active in 19 countries.

In over 30 years of professional experience, Highrise has internationally operated in a wide variety of industries and a broad scope of departments.
